Shirley Rowe, M.Ed., CCSP, GCDF-I, is the 2018 recipient of NCDA’s Outstanding Career Practitioner Award and has been a higher education career advisor for more than 20 years. Shirley has now turned her expertise to Front Rowe Consulting, firm offering training, career management, writing and speaking services. A coach, educator, writer, and instructional designer, she brings a wealth of knowledge into her role as a career development practitioner and about incorporating new ways of using technology in the delivery of career services. Shirley has served on the NCDA’s FCD Advisory Council, most recently as the chair. Shirley earned her Bachelor’s degree from Excelsior College and her M.Ed. in Educational Technology from The University of Texas at Brownsville.
