Webinar Description:

2 CE Clock Hours

Upon registration, you will receive access to the course which includes a reading and a short Enneagram assessment which should be completed prior to listening to the recording.

The wisdom of the Enneagram has resurfaced in modern times offering insight into personality, and pathways for growth and development. As we learn about our Enneatype, we gain awareness of patterned, often unconscious behaviors. Once we recognize these patterns, we can choose to act in more intentional ways. Understanding and discussing Enneatype with career coaching or counseling clients allows our work to deepen quickly and powerfully support their career development. This webinar will provide an overview of the Enneagram system including descriptions of the Centers, 9 Core Enneagram Types, Subtypes, Wings and Lines. We will review common Enneagram assessments, and the narrative tradition for identifying Type. And we will explore some of the challenges each Enneatype may encounter as they launch, pivot, and grow their careers.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop a general understanding of the Enneagram
  • Become familiar with the 9 Core Enneagram Types
  • Identify ways the Enneagram can inform career development work with clients
  • Learn about the narrative tradition of discovering type, and common Enneagram assessments
  • Begin to identity or affirm your own Enneatype
