WEBINAR DESCRIPTION: This is a two part webinar. Part 1 requires you to take the SkillScan Assessment Online. Upon registration you receive instructions to access the SkillScan Drive assessment and a values and interest inventory. Part 2 includes the live webinar and discussion on how to interpret and use the results. After the webinar you will receive access to an additional assessment to use with a student or client.

When clients and students have a clear vision of their skills, they are empowered to identify best-fit options, fill in skill gaps and showcase their strengths through their marketing materials. They gain a distinct advantage by being able to adapt their skills and experience in a continuously changing labor market.

You will learn how to administer SkillScan’s online transferable skills assessment to quickly get to the heart of a client’s skills. We will review career options that align with client skill sets (includes links to O*Net), skill development suggestions for optimizing school and work opportunities, and numerous additional exercises (Interests, Values, Personal Traits). In addition, you will be provided supplemental resources for assisting career launchers, career changers, career advancers, and pre-retirees.
