Marcia Call founded TalentFront in 2012 as an alternative to contingent and retained recruiting solutions. The company provides outsourced recruiting to government contracting companies, start-ups and technology firms for a monthly retainer. The firm helps companies hire while building a recruiting capacity for them at the same time. TalentFront manages it all — creating job requisitions, writing job postings, posting, sourcing candidates, screening/interviewing, up to and including making offers.
Prior to TalentFront, Marcia served as the Chief People Officer for In-Q-Tel (IQT), a nonprofit strategic investment firm serving the Intelligence Community. Previously, she served as President of McKinley Marketing Partners, a boutique staffing firm providing top-notch marketing and communications talent. Her early career was spent in a variety of marketing and communications roles.
Marcia is a cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Bates College. After college, she served in the Democratic Republic of the Congo with the Peace Corps, providing health information in Swahili and French to a rural population in the eastern region of Kivu. A native of New Castle, New Hampshire, Marcia and her family call Alexandria, Virginia home.
