Your order is complete. If you are new to our family, you will receive an email with your username in a few minutes. Check your spam folder PLEASE KEEP YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD IN A SAFE PLACE SO THAT YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR SELECTIONS NOW AND IN THE FUTURE. Go to the website or the top of this page. At the top right you will see the Login tab. Log in there or on the button below. Once you login, all your course/s, certificates, etc. will be there for you under “My Courses.”
You must be signed in to access your account. Again, please keep your username and password in a secure place so that you can access your account now and in the future. You can change your password if you wish.
If you enrolled in an online, self-paced course or one of our certifications, you will receive a welcome message from the instructor. Please keep the instructor’s email so that you can contact them with any questions about the course content.
For all of our offerings, you will upload your final assignment for review by the instructor. Upon approval you will be able to download your certificate.
If you have signed up for a live webinar, how to access your Zoom link is found in your email receipt. I will also remind you a day or so prior to the event. Your certificate will be provided after the webinar has concluded.
Please note that unless otherwise specified, access to single online courses is for 40 days. For longer courses, like certifications, more time is offered and is specified in the course information. For recorded webinars it is 16 days. Please adhere to this deadline unless you wish to re-enroll and re pay.
