Join Jenn and Karl Leard as they team-up with Career Planning Academy to share insights into the increasingly critical role of physical wellness for employees, employers and career professionals in the virtual and rapidly changing workplace. Participate in live Fitness Trainer-led demonstrations of core movement and foundation-training exercises (suitable for all physical capability levels) recommended for building habits of physical wellness at work.

Jenn Leard is a National Certified Counselor and certified Career Coach through the global Career Development Network with 15 years of combined consulting industry, career development and higher education experience. Jenn currently serves as Director of Coaching & Education at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, Consultant with Rich Feller & Associates, and Career Coach and Consultant in private practice. She earned her Masters of Education from Colorado State University in Education and Human Resource Studies, Counseling and Career Development specialization and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Maryland. With over 40 publications and conference presentations, Jenn holds/has held multiple leader roles career development field, serving as Columnist and past-Editor with NCDA Career Developments Magazine, Member of the NCDA Publications Council, and past-Secretary and Newsletter Editor with the Maryland Career Development Association. Karl Leard is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and Certified Online Trainer through the Online Trainer Academy (OTA) with certifications in TRX Suspension Training, Muay Thai Fitness, Functional Fitness and Senior Group Fitness. Karl currently helps clients change old behaviors, build new habits and gain results as Owner and Trainer at FitYou Studio, and previous Personal Trainer at Brick Bodies Rotunda and The Y in Catonsville (YMCA).
